These files are for the US/AUS game client only!

The newest patches are always on sites like Fileshack and Fileplanet, and they have much better bandwidth than my puny server, so if you can, download your patches from these sites.

Note: You may need to install 7-Zip to extract a couple of the patches.


Soon, I will stop hosting these patches. In the meantime, I've set them up as a torrent file that is temporarily being seeded by my web server. Please download the torrent and seed. The file structure of the torrent is set up so that you can selectively pick which files you want if you so wish (i.e. it's not a zip file).

HOW TO INSTALL THE MPQ PATCHES

  1. Copy and paste the *.mpq patch you want to install into your World of Warcraft folder.
  2. Rename the file to "wow-patch.mpq" (without the quotes)
  3. Double-click on "BNUpdate.exe" in your World of Warcraft folder to install the patch.
  4. The patch will disappear after it is installed, so make sure you have a copy of that file in another folder.
